Feedback
The feedback loop will manage our clients feedback from collecting information based on the input criteria and should they not find what they are looking for from any of the provided search options on the Lightstone Search UI. The feedback received from our clients will allow us to implement product improvements and then communicate these improvements back once they have been implemented and deployed.
The feedback loop will follow these five steps:
- Gather feedback
- Analyse feedback
- Prioritize feedback
- Decide and Action feedback
- Follow up with client after deployment
